A full month focusing on Yin Yoga. While all yoga styles – if practiced properly and safely – are beneficial for your health and can help to relieve stress and tension, it is, in particular, one yoga style that has the most stress-relieving character: Yin Yoga.

As the pace of our everyday lifestyles becomes increasingly faster, there is a lot of tension and pressure not only on our physical bodies but also on our mental bodies. Yin Yoga is a mindful practice to slow down and to find inner balance.

Thank you for your idea. We are definitely going to consider creating Yin Yoga content. Since we're not a Yin Yoga focused platform however, we cannot commit to weekly Yin Yoga classes.

We'd appreciate your feedback on what you'd like to learn about Yin Yoga and what type of Yin Yoga classes you'd prefer. Please share your thoughts with us, so we can create the perfect series or live classes.

I think it’s a great way to start your weekend! Yin yoga allows to relax completely and complements very well other types of classes.
