Nowadays, a lot of the time every day, people spend in fixed, non-moving positions. Whether in the office or home office, people focus on their screens, sitting at their desks (or kitchen tables) – the hours passing by. This can cause several physical strains, resulting in muscle tightness and stiffness. When you forward fold, your legs feel short in the back; when you go into a Seated Twist, your back and neck hinder your movement.

This “Mobility Flow” series with Alexey aims to make you feel more mobile and flexible. It helps you to work against the tightness and stiffness in your body. As people usually have a lack of time, the videos only take up a few minutes that you can easily include in your day. Investing the time will be worth it!
