We will be focusing on "Therapeutic Yoga" in the month of February.
Therapeutic yoga includes techniques and practices that support the body to deal with physical issues such as tension, pains and aches and – to a certain degree – injuries. The aim is to release tension and relieve the body from unpleasant sensations. Instead of flowing through powerful sequences, the focus rather is on static poses that target specific body parts and areas of the body to strengthen and lengthen them in order to achieve long-term benefits and increase overall well-being.
